southern Colorado from individuals of all walks of life and various
situations. We are Investors, not Realtors, so we don't list your
house, we buy it. No hidden fees, costs or agendas. We structure our
offers according to your specific needs and situation. We will present
offers to you with a couple different options; All CASH now or on
terms of cash now and/or cash later. We can write up an offer in as
little as one day and when we come to an agreement we can generally
close rather quickly. We are here to create Win-Win solutions for all
parties and we work very hard to do just that. We are a Christian
based family and company who hold tight to our values, live with
integrity and work hard at helping others.

Sellers who need or want to sell but do not want or can not afford
to wait six months to market, repair, renovate and sell their home,
then pay real estate commissions and closing costs. Even worse get
all the way to the closing date to find out that they can't close on
the house and have to start all over again. Very frustrating to say
the least.
Buyers who need time to alleviate a shortage of down payment,
haven't established much of a credit history or may need time to
solve credit issues and establish a payment history. All in all, good
people that have had some mis fortunate events and just need a
second chance. Once a buyer moves into the property we work with
Lenders to get them ready so they can qualify for a new loan and
then buy the property when they are ready.
