Rent-to-Own is the step between owning your own home and renting. It allows you to work on buying your own home while we help
you restore your credit, build up a payment history, or just do what is needed in time to purchase this home at the end of the lease.
Rent-to-Own allows you to live in the home as if it was yours. In fact, you are the owner and every month you pay your rent on time
we will credit a portion of your rent towards the purchase price of the home as well as crediting 100% of your down payment towards
